Food Business Acceleration Program
In February 2022, Prioritised ByMunira demonstrated exceptional capability in stakeholder management and business collaboration by orchestrating a high-profile business program hosted by Pertubuhan Peladang Kebangsaan (NAFAS) in Dubai, UAE.
This program was a pivotal showcase of Malaysian food products and suppliers, in line with NAFAS's participation at Dubai Expo 2020. The main event, held at the Baniyas Ballroom, Grand Hyatt Hotel, Dubai, UAE, featured a comprehensive agenda including a launch ceremony, pocket talks, Malaysian Farmer's Street exhibition, MOU signings, product launches, business matchmaking, and a Chef's Masterclass.
The event, graced by His Excellency Dato’ Mohd Tarid bin Sufian, Ambassador of Malaysia to UAE, and industry leaders, covered key topics such as 'Halal Compliance in the Poultry Industry', 'Sustainable Agrofood', and 'Malaysian Agrofood Business Opportunities'. This event set the stage for future engagements and concluded with a Chef's Masterclass by Chef Rene Johari, providing invaluable networking opportunities with Malaysia's Minister of Agriculture and its agencies.
Our team excelled in meticulous event planning, management, and coordination, ensuring seamless execution throughout. Services provided included venue liaison, comprehensive F&B arrangements, VIP and secretariat rooms, AV/PA systems with LED screens, technical support, logistics management, hostess services, floor management, registration coordination, and PR management for delegates and guests.
Accommodation and travel logistics were efficiently handled by Travel Counsellors UAE by Munira Ishak. Notably, as NAFAS's partner, Prioritised ByMunira facilitated stakeholder engagement throughout the event week.
As a direct result of the successful stakeholder engagement facilitated during the event, NAFAS signed a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) worth RM100 million with ARJ Holding LLC (ARJ Holding). This collaboration, overseen by Datuk Sylvester Entri Muran from NAFAS and Ahmad Sahab Ramadhan Juma, Chairman of ARJ Holding, focuses on ruminant farming, cooking oil trading, and cellulose production from biomass materials, highlighting our capability in fostering substantial post-event business partnerships.
Through strategic participation in Dubai Expo 2020, this initiative not only showcased Malaysian agricultural prowess but also strengthened economic ties and created new avenues for entrepreneurial growth in the global market.
